Structural Welder*
Pay:* $21-23/hr.
Hours: 1st shift 5:30 AM - 3:30 PM OR 3rd shift 10 PM - 6:30 AM
Job Type: Temp to Hire
Location: Catoosa, Oklahoma
Weld Test: 3G Plate Mig & Flux Core
Benefits: Company offers 80 hours of PTO after a 90-day probationary period, 120 hours of PTO at your 1-year anniversary, and 10 paid holidays.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate welding equipment to fabricate and repair skids.
• Perform welding tasks using MIG and Flux Core processes, ensuring adherence to specifications and quality standards.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues in the welding process to minimize scrap, rework, and downtime.
• Ensure that all repair work meets aesthetic and functional standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively regarding project status and challenges.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while operating equipment.
• Document and report any defects or issues in materials and processes to management.

Skills Required:

• Proven experience as a structural welder, preferably with MIG and Flux Core welding techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and physical stamina.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to maintaining high quality standards.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and practices in a welding environment.
